15 Haywood Street was vacated by CVS Pharmacy in September of 2008. In January of 2009 the building Owner engaged Boone Associates and Boone Realty to manage the property, post signs and field calls toward finding a suitable tenant. In September of 2009 a lease was executed for the building with a publicly traded retailer. Our company represented the Owner in the lease negotiations and served as liason between the Tenant's General Contractor and the City of Asheville's Building Safety Department during the construction process. The Tenant opened for business in January of 2010. We have recently prepared an acquisiton summary for several prospective purchasers of the property.
