In August of 2008, after providing conceptual design, development and business planning consulting for client Logan Building, LLC, Boone Associates and Boone Realty brokered the purchase of 5 Walnut Lane for this client. We were then engaged by the new Owner to provide design consulting services and ultimately General Contracting services. The building was developed into four residential units on three upper floors and two retail spaces on the main level. The Owner is opening his own business in one of the commercial spaces. We leased the other space to an existing tenant for the construction period and are now negotiating a lease for that space with a new tenant.
